What is this darkness? Is it your name?

I’m actually quite upset right now. I’m aware what I have seen is just a drama, but the main point of dramas is to get the message across, to feel one’s sorrow and understand how pain can lead to not existing.

It is quite haunting, shocking and traumatic the way people commit suicide, people who do such things aren’t systematically programmed to end them self one day, when really it is to do with their social status, their surroundings, their anxiety of how they are around others, that feeling in your heart where you feel no sense of warmth, belonging.

I would just like to say, such things as this, is a very sensitive issue which I believe is very hard to assist people, they them self believe there is no way out, and death is the only way to stop this never ending wound.  It is too hard to find the strength, especially if one is lonely without no help, and so they are trapped in the mentality that soon darkness arrives at its cue speaking, repeating tragic lies lowering the self-esteem.

I think people who are in such state’s, are not themselves, it is not right to feel what you feel, and knowing the story of a death is due to antipathy is emotional.

For those who are reading this, and actually have considered the idea of death, you are recognized even if you have not acknowledged it.

For those in a truly dark position, call free on your phone 116 123 and please just talk, say what your feeling and please just talk.
