Secrets, why are they kept? What have we got to hide? How big is the effect? Heartbreak? Havoc? What is it?
Can secrets be identified as a good thing or bad thing? Secrets are very personal to an individual, it can hatch many emotions & questions to the simple fundamentals. Yes it is based on the type of situation it is, which can judge the level of outcomes. It is not something that has been created in this era today, the concept of secrets has been going on for many generations and it is safe to say we all have some type of secrets which may be hidden to show our true self or our actions or maybe other people’s.
Ever notice in films or dramas, that when the character has a secret (which is usually negative) it eventually comes out, leaving a heavy impact on all of the community in the drama. What does it imply? No character or human can keep a secret? Do secrets really exist? Our reality eventually catches up with us breaking whatever it is kept. Clearly, this type of phenomenon is one of the universal fundamental questions that are still yet to be clarified. But like everyone else, its an opinion which we all make sense of in order to keep our sanity.
So as the title remains, it is up to us to decide whether secrets really do exist or if they are just events? I personally feel secrets do not exist, they are just fragments of information due to two reasons. 1. there are exceptions and conditions of the situation but in the end it will be spoken either way 2. Pressure, guilt is an extreme emotion which can take over and kill whatever peace. having no choice but to come clean diminishing the possession of secrets.
